In the 11 years that we've operated as Headlights Plus, the automotive industry has evolved to incorporate increasingly complex plastic assemblies that require new technologies to effect repairs. Our repair techniques have likewise evolved through extensive research. The outcome, we believe, is simply that if we can't repair your plastic component, it's probably, "un-repairable".

Incorporating new and evolving technologies also provides our customers, whether they be accident repairers or insurance companies, with cost savings that are un-matched within the industry. This is because of the scope of products which we repair and the complexity of repairs we conduct at the most competitive prices.

On-going Research

In 1999 we began experimenting and testing various methods of safely polishing poly-carbonate headlight lenses. This experimentation stage continued for a number of years and eventually resulted in what is now a core part of our business and a valuable service for our customers.

Around the same time, research was also conducted in the area of working with and repairing Poly-propylene composites with high Glass Fibre content. These composites are typically found in structurally significant parts like Radiator Support Panels. After several years, we submitted samples to, "ETRS", an engineering testing laboratory which confirmed the structural integrity of our PPGF repairs.
